Well, as you probably know, prime-time TV has returned. We watched the new episode of House last night, which is probably *our* favorite show. Also Shark and Law & Order: SVU started again and are on the DVR.
Personally, I’m waiting for Jericho to return (yes, I sent in my Nuts). They ordered 7 episodes as a mid-season replacement, meaning it won’t have an air date until something else gets canceled.
The other thing, which rates as my favorite show, is Battlestar Galactica. The BSG movie, Razor, airs November 24th, while the extended version will be out 10 days later on December 4th. Then Season 4 starts early next year.

Well, this weekend I finally put a new bumper on my car. Anybody who knows my car probably knows that I put a big hole in the bumper last year when I backed into a fire hydrant (Woops).
Back in the spring I found a junk yard in Detroit that had a bumper from a wreck that was the right color and trim level, and it has sat in out garage for many months now.
Then, earlier this week I managed to rip a hole in my rear tire, so since I had to have my vehicle up on jacks and tireless anyways, I decided it was a good time to pull off the old bumper (which was duct taped on, with another big patch of it covering the hole).
Needless to say my car looked a little funny while it was bumper-less (I had to drive it to work on Friday without it).
But all is good now. The bumper needs a bit (well, really a ton) of touch-up paint, it did come from a wreck, but my car no longer looks horrible from a distance.
It did remind me how much I really enjoy figuring out how to take things apart and put them back together. I wonder what I can take apart next…
Well, I figured I would give a blog another try. We will see how this one goes, hopefully better than the last time I tried and posted a whopping 8 posts.
Let’s see, some basics for anybody who doesn’t know me already, and might care. I’m married, have a house in Metro Detroit, work at a University customizing and expanding Moodle, and am slowly aspiring to become a photographer.
Anything I say on this site is solely my opinion, and it not representative of my employer or businesses.
I’m hoping to update this site at least once a week, hopefully much more frequently. Much of the content will probably be photos that I have taken and like.
Also note, I have generally horrible grammar and spelling, so you don’t need to point that out :).
A final comment - You may see lots of links in my posts. They are not ad links, I put them there to add extra information to the post.
